No emergency services. Text messages are not monitored 24/7 and are not a method for emergency communications. If you have an emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number).
Service provider role. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Marketing outcomes are inherently variable. We do not guarantee specific results (including leads, conversions, rankings, revenue, or ROI) unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
